1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Rankrippleshowcase (operated by Rankripple Sunset Ventures Ltd.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable environmental and photography access laws.

2. Accuracy of Calculations & Weather Data

While our daily tracker uses standard astronomical algorithms for solar elevation and azimuth calculation, real-time atmospheric conditions, cloud cover, and visibility predictions are subject to natural weather volatility. Rankrippleshowcase provides information for planning purposes without guarantees of specific meteorological outcomes.

3. Safety & Responsible Travel Guidelines

When visiting recommended sunset vantage points (such as cliff tops, national park trails, or ocean piers), users are required to respect local property boundaries, safety barriers, and park ranger instructions. Never place yourself or others at risk to capture a photograph.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All software interface code, branding assets, custom photography guides, and articles are owned by or licensed to Rankripple Sunset Ventures Ltd. Unauthorised reproduction or web scraping is prohibited.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
